PURPOSE OF THE JOB

To provide practical & theoretical Clinical Support for our Bradycardia and Tachycardia. Product range to existing or potential customer base with specific reference and focus on released Cardiac Rhythm Management Division products. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

· 
To be conversant with all Abbott CRM products. To understand and be able to professionally present or tell the clinical merits of each product and the comparative considerations of alternative therapeutic approaches.

· 
To construct and present the educational programs designed around the corporate concepts of customer support, as agreed with the Business Unit Manager CRM. This to include new user center training, start-up programs, implant and follow up presence.

· 
To provide a training resource to all Abbott staff.

· 
To coordinate (in conjunction with Regulatory Affairs) all P.E.R. procedures related to CRMD products, with specific focus on EC & MDA compliance.

· 
To provide technical assistance whenever requested, both to staff and customers. To be part of the lifeline 24-hour support program.

· 
To assist Sales Representatives / Key Account Managers in promoting CRMD products.
