Field Technical Engineer CRM (Calabria - Lazio e Campania)

Section 1: PURPOSE OF THE JOB

·  The incumbent is responsible for the promotion of Abbott CRM Product lines through professional and technical support to both medical and sales personnel.
·  This position is additionally responsible for ensuring that all questions of a technical nature from the field or internal sources are answered in an expeditious manner and reported to the competent authorities within Abbott.
·  This position’s primary function is to attend implants, follow-ups and support any issues related to high voltage and low voltage stimulation devices.

Section 2: ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

·  Provide technical support and assistance over the whole national territory to the sales force and physicians (implants and follow ups)
·  Perform product presentations and training on products utilization to customers
·  Support physicians during the enrolment and follow up phase of clinical studies
·  Provide support to Regional Sales Managers, FTE Coordinator and Clinical Department for any additional tasks and projects
·  Be proactive in taking Abbott solution-oriented approach to customers
·  Promptly         communicate feedback/info on        supported implants/procedures
·  Perform booth duty when required
·  Ensure all Abbott standing Quality Procedures are followed

Section 3: EDUCATION & COMPETENCIES

·  Degree in Engineering or equivalent
·  Good Knowledge of English and Italian, both written and verbal
·  Good knowledge of MS Office
·  Preferable 1/2 years in similar activities (technical support)
·  Interpersonal skills
·  Teamwork
·  Initiative
·  Stress resistance
·  Good communication
