Job description
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Administrative Function
· Perform full range of secretarial and administrative duties to GM and support Sr. Finance Manager as requested.
· Manage and maintain GM schedules, appointments, travel arrangements, and transportation for all domestic and international business travel.
· Handle and coordinate with affiliate assistants for hotel and logistic arrangement, agenda and other preparation on leadership visit Thailand
· Organize, manage and coordinate for internal & management meeting, department Quarterly meeting, kick-off meeting and internal training as assigned.
· Perform office administrative service support and responsible for office expenditures such as stationery, office equipment and supply needs.
· Receive and screen incoming email, calls and visitors. Manage correspondence and respond email as assigned.
· Set up and maintain a general filing systems.
· Provide monthly expense claim for GM
· Create EPR for GM and central expenses
Compliance Function
· To organize HCP education program/ stand alone events and enforce compliance to Abbott process and “proof of performance tracking” to align with compliance policy.
