JOB DESCRIPTION:

Role Description

·  Achieve business objective and expense budget set by line Manager in the assigned area and Branch Accounts. 完成直线经理制定的该区域及客户业务目标及预算内开支
·  Keep active communication with colleagues in charge of the headquarters, timely feedback the dynamics of branches, and complete the information collection arranged by the colleagues in the headquarters 保持与分管总部同事的积极沟通，及时反馈分支的动态，完成总部同事安排的信息收集工作
·  Work closely with supporting team and provide proposal so as to exploit full marketing opportunities. 与支持部门紧密合作并提供建议方案，以全面开拓市场机会
·  Reinforce implementation of Commercial laboratory Account Management system in the assigned area and branch accounts.加强负责区域内商业实验室分支客户管理的执行力度
·  Set performance target for appointed Branch Accounts. 为指定的分支客户制定任务目标
·  Monitor performance of Branch Account to ensure yearly target is achieved. 监控分支客户的任务指标以确保年度目标的完成
·  Cooperate and works closely with other colleagues. 与各其他部门同事紧密合作
·  Assist in yearly budgeting exercise. 协助制定年度计划
·  Assist in working out forecasting for products required by market. 协助做出产品预测以适应市场需要
·  Ensure overall Branch Accounts satisfaction and responsible for Branch account effective management. 确保分支客户整体满意度，对分支客户有效管理
·  Prepare monthly report to line manager and management team and develop account management plan. 为直线经理和管理团队准备月报并制定所负责客户的管理计划
·  Work closely with other functional team and provide timely feedback to ensure whole service quality. 与其他部门团队紧密合作并及时提供反馈以确保对客户的全面服务质量
·  Other projects or tasks assigned by line manager. 主管指派的其他任务

Requirement

·  Bachelor or master’s degree in clinical Diagnostics or Appropriate Science discipline and/or Business Degree. 临床诊断或相关科学专业或商业学位本科或硕士学历
·  Conversational communication in both spoken and written English. 能够使用英文进行熟练的口头及书面沟通
·  Good command of MS office software application. 熟练应用微软办公软件
·  At least 3 years’ similar sales experience in the relevant industry. 至少3年相关行业销售经验
·  IVD industry direct sales experience will be a plus. 有IVD行业直销经验尤佳
