ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Coop student in Test Lab Engineering team, you will apply your skills in science and engineering in a project-oriented manufacturing environment by:

• Helping to design and develop new process, equipment and solve problems, and/or

• Supporting opportunities to optimize existing processes and equipment to improve performance, reliability and manufacturability while reducing overall costs.

Requirements:

• Full-time registration in an undergraduate BSc / BASc degree program of studies in Engineering or Science (Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Biochemistry); minimum completion of 2 years of study.

• Mathematical skills

• Minimum GPA of B or average above 70%

• Problem-solving skills

• Chemistry laboratory skills; experimental design, study execution, data analysis

• Strong verbal and written communication

• Ability to influence others by persuasion and analytical reasoning

• Effective team player in a project environment

• Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
