WHAT YOU’LL DO AS A POWERHOUSE/ ENERGY CENTER OPERATOR

Position is for 2nd or 3rd shift Days off Thursday & Friday or Monday and Tuesday.

Equipment in scope of responsibility:

·  Boilers
·  Air Compressors & Dryers
·  Refrigerant Chillers
·  Ammonia Compressors, Condensers, Chill plates
·  Reverse Osmosis Systems
·  Carbon Filtration
·  Fire system 
·  Waste Water Treatment 
·  Critical HVAC Units
·  Supporting Infrastructure – piping, pumps, valves, motors, steam traps, steam pushers  
·  Equipment operation – efficiently and reliably 
·  Equipment maintenance - troubleshooting and repair (daily rounds)

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE, YOU’LL BRING

Required

·  High School Diploma/GED required 
·  Two years work experience working with industrial utilities systems or industrial electrical/mechanical systems.
·  Must be able to obtain State of Ohio 3rd class stationary engineers license.

Preferred

·  Licensed boiler operator, State of Ohio 3rd class stationary engineers
·  Maintenance Mechanic 
·  Pipe fitting/welding
·  Certified Backflow Tester
·  Boiler Operator
·  Small project (less than $50,000) execution
