Job description
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Major Responsibilities :
· Formulate EC sales forecast, plan-o-gram, POSM suggestion and all EC channel execution guideline.
· EC strategy & biz plan support, sales & operation data analyze to support on improving EC team sales and performance
· Control & manage EC channel budget/resource and deliver optimized result with EC sales head
· Fulfill EC content operation plan/execution, and sales development projects through planning, execution monitor, result evaluation and error correction with internal function departments and EC sales team.
· Work out mechanism, resource, KPI and execution model for range promotion in cooperating with cross-functional team.
· Drive EC demand & New User by effective activity planning, EC campaign execution and result evaluation cooperating with EC sales including TM/JD/E-Partners
· Closely cooperate with promoter management team and field sales team for continues new user recruitment and offtake improvement.
· Use project management techniques to create value for business and ensure the successful execution of business strategy.
· Quickly feedback to field sales team in any impact from front line and market.
Minimum Education Required :
Bachelor degree, Good English spoken and written skills
Minimum Experience Required:
EC Marketing/Planning assistant manager or manager position more than 2-3 year, total working experience more than 6 years. OTC, nutrition, and medical device is preferred.
