WHAT YOU’LL DO
Our location in Casa Grande , Arizona currently has an opportunity for a Coordinator Quality Assurance . In this role, you will coordinate quality holds across US Manufacturing Sites. In this role you will act as point of contact for hold questions, supporting hold shipments and provide assistance to AN Logistics related to holds and destructs. Support the quality system for distribution providers as it relates to storage, handling, labeling, packaging, and distribution of Abbott and Third Party manufactured nutritional finished product.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
· Manage Exception Reporting for Distribution QA.
· Collaborate with Production Planning, Quality Systems, Customer Service, Demand Planning, Transportation, Warehousing, among other departments to provide end to end process oversight and input ensuring inventory is produced, released, and positioned to support demand and maintain customer fill rate goals.
· Responsible for implementing and maintaining the effectiveness of the quality system.
· Coordinate training for US Third Party warehouses. • Provide support for necessary documentation related to distribution procedures, forms, etc.
· Review batch records in accordance with site procedures and policies. Ensure batches are in compliance with all regulatory and Abbott guidelines.
· Coordinate activities that support the Quality oversight for distribution providers.
· Collect and review US public warehouse chart recorders; work with warehouses to resolve excursions and documentation errors.
· Compile and assess available data sources and communicate all product availability risk and supply related issues to management and impacted areas. Liaise with relevant departments to make recommendations on the best solution for the business to ensure product is available to the customers.
· Analyze data inputs from multiple sources to plan and execute the efficient movement of product through a multi-tiered distribution network to enable customer order fulfillment.
· Coordinate with all Logistics teams to ensure loads are meeting expected on time performance, manage system order dates, and communicate any customer service risks accordingly.
· Communicate all product availability risk and liaise with relevant departments to ensure product is available to the customers.
· Review and update Planning and Scheduling SOPs to ensure accuracy.
· Safeguard the environment and facilitate a safe and healthy workplace culture.
· Complies with U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, other regulatory requirements, Company policies, operating procedures, processes, and task assignments.
· Maintains positive and cooperative communications and collaboration with all levels of employees, customers, contractors, and vendors.
· Performs other related duties and responsibilities, on occasion, as assigned.
· You’ll be accountable for meeting our compliance standards including FDA, OSHA and Abbott policies and procedures.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING
Required
· Bacehlors Degree in Business or Supply Chain Operations or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
· Knowledge of applicable regulatory standards and requirements for infant formula and nutritional's.
· Effective, efficient communication skills.
· Required knowledge of applicable regulations, quality systems, warehousing, and distribution practices and systems, relevant manufacturing operations, and good quality practices.
· Quality assurance experience with demonstrated ability to assess the quality of a process and/or product and ability to guide others in these activities.
· Scope of knowledge is broad and requires the ability to communicate, understand, and guide individuals in division and site functions as well as distribution providers.
· Knowledge of applicable regulatory standards and requirements for infant formula and nutritional's.
· Effective, efficient communication skills.
· Required knowledge of applicable regulations, quality systems, warehousing, and distribution practices and systems, relevant manufacturing operations, and good quality practices.
· Quality assurance experience with demonstrated ability to assess the quality of a process and/or product and ability to guide others in these activities.
· Scope of knowledge is broad and requires the ability to communicate, understand, and guide individuals in division and site functions as well as distribution providers.
Preferred
· Previous experience with SAP. Knowledge of CAMBAR and Trackwise systems preferred.

The base pay for this position is
$57,300.00 – $114,700.00
