JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Oversee and manage all HCP consulting agreements for the Neuromodulation business on a day-to-day basis
  • Serve as primary point of contact for HCP agreements for internal customers and external stakeholders
  • Develop and manage documentation that identifies and supports business need, legitimacy and consultant qualification for all HCP agreements
  • Review and administer HCP agreements in accordance with Abbott policies and procedures
  • Submit all HCP consulting agreements and associated documentation for approval
  • Coordinate HCP amendments/extensions and terminations
  • Maintain tracking system for all HCP agreements
  • Communicate with other system users as needed regarding HCP agreement processes and procedures (e.g., interacting with Legal for support and approval of agreements)
• Interface with Compliance on a regular basis to ensure process accuracy and to adjudicate exceptions
• Meet with internal auditors periodically regarding HCP agreements
