Commercial Finance Supervisor/Associate Commercial Finance Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION:

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

·  Responsible for Gross to Net Sales planning and analysis in budget and key forecast cycle (LBE and LTP), including G2N by product by channel to ensure investment priorities consistent with brand strategy; 
·  Finalize relevant commercial reporting on-time-in-full per PA/Group standard, and be able to tackle queries from management team with high quality.
·  Work with demand planning team in monthly S&OP cycle to develop Net Sales forecast with latest ASP projection, and KPI matrix tracking & analysis (sales to standard margin, ASP, DSO, etc.)
·  Closely monitor sales delivery progress and G2N tracking / control over the month
·  In charge of monthly net sales and standard margin closing, reporting and analysis 
·  Support commercial finance manager to track and continuously improve commercial investment efficiency, business model / value chain / distributor management. etc. 
·  Prepare adhoc business model and analysis as required, continuous process improvement and implementation

QUALIFICATIONS

·  Industry / Position experiences:   Working experiences in multiple financial positions including financial reporting & analysis, and commercial business support with multinational companies (FMCG or pharmaceutical industry preferred), Big 4 audit experience is a plus.
·  Language Skills: Excellence in oral and written English
·  Computer Skills:  Excellence in MS office tools, and skillset with BI tools is preferred
·  Mobili ty: Position is based in Shanghai. Minimal in-country travel may be required.
·  Certificate Required:   Bachelor or Master degree in Accounting/Finance or related field; Professional Accounting qualification (CPA, ACCA) preferred
·  Other Special requirement:

·  Passion and capability of working in fast-moving / rapid-chaing business environment
·  Learning agility and ability to work on multi-task under tight timeframes
