JOB DESCRIPTION:
Primary Job Function
The iManage Business Systems Analyst (BSA) serves as the primary user support lead for the Legal iManage Document Management System. The iManage BSA is the liaison between the iManage business users and Corporate IT support and applies their technology, systems analysis and business experience to train users, identify and help resolve issues as well as provide their document management expertise to address the needs of the business. Works on activities of moderate complexity, consults with iManage users and Corporate IT personnel to implement document management-related capabilities.
Core Job Responsibilities
· Serves as the primary, “single point of contact” for the iManage system and has overall responsibility for its effective use throughout the Legal Division globally
· Reviews all Global Service Desk (GSD) tickets, analyzes issues, determine cause(s) and work closely with the iManage Technical Team to resolve issues
· Has a deep understanding of the capabilities of the iManage system and Legal departmental business processes and how iManage can be used to facilitate their work processes
· Proactively seeks ways for individual users as well as departments to better utilize the capabilities of iManage system
· Defines business and user requirements, helps Identify new system capabilities (as applicable) and prepares iManage system change requests (as needed)
· Creates user acceptance testing scenarios and conducts testing
· Develops, maintains and updates end user training materials
· Conducts end user training to ensure that users are properly instructed on iManage use
· Assists in tracking and managing software user licenses and annual maintenance budget; tracks user access to the iManage system
· Insures that iManage usage complies with corporate and divisional policies related to document and email management, provides advice to iManage users related to system security, “how to” questions, and business process modifications related to iManage, and keep updated on trends related to document management in the Legal industry

· Facilitates the success of the iManage system for all Legal staff globally to support their document management efforts

· Independently conceives and develops general approaches to the solution of systems problems which require application of basic technical principles

· Exercises latitude in approach to problem solving
Education
· Bachelor's degree
Required Experience
· Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a system support role, particularly related to iManage or comparable document management system
· Strong analytical and business process analysis skills
· Good technical aptitude, able to readily understand and analyze complex system concepts and technical issues
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Solid end user training experience (development and delivery of training content)
· Highly customer focused
· Excellent computer skills (particularly with MS-Office applications)
· Ability to work independently or as part of a team
