Business Process Support Specialist

JOB DESCRIPTION:

For our European Distribution Center in Machelen, we are actively looking for a Business Process Support Specialist.

The purpose of the job is to ensure maintenance and continuous improvement of the business systems and processes aligned with divisional business requirements  and corporate ERP strategies.

Management and maintenance of the master data is also a substantial part of the job.

Your roles and responsibilities include:

· 
Managing timely and accurate data maintenance and coordinate with all relevant stakeholders (Warehouse management, Quality, Planning, …).

· 
Monitoring SAP and MES (Manufacturing Execution System), and taking corrective and preventive actions based on monitoring activity

· 
Reporting on pre-defined KPIs and identifying appropriate actions when required and follow up on execution.

· 
Daily handling and coordination of requests and inquiries from the European Distribution Center and EMEA/APAC Customer Service teams.

· 
Developing and maintaining SAP and processing training material for local and central use (Standard Operating Procedures, SAP procedures, Training material).

· 
Maintaining interaction with Level 2 and Level 3 SAP support teams

· 
Guaranteeing integration of new business requirements, business processes and procedures into ERP and other systems

· 
Assisting other departments in aligning business processes with SAP, MES and other system functionality

Your profile:

· 
A bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Administration or similar in experience

· 
Experience in an international environment is an asset

· 
Solid knowledge of ERP systems is an asset

· 
Fluent in English. Dutch, French or another language is an asset

· 
Excellent communication and training skills

· 
Strong team player with supportive and positive attitude

· 
Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines

· 
Ability to analyse and improve business processes
