Our Nutrition division has an opportunity as a Business Analyst in our Columbus, OH office.
MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE
To support Third Party Manufacturing Operations by issuing Production Orders and Purchase Orders to suppliers, tracking spend, managing inventory, identifying and resolving invoice errors, creating and running reports to provide analysis and support business needs, and focusing on continuous improvement and automation opportunities to best support the business.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
· Support inventory management functions such as materials ordering, receipt processing, destruct processing, and inventory reconciliations.
· Issue Purchase Orders, track spend, and identify and resolve invoice errors for the broader Third Party Manufacturing team.
· Review packaging specifications and work with third parties to gain approval.
· Create, pull, and merge various reports to support both Nutritional and Copacking TPMs (weekly, monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc).
· Build and maintain Power BI dashboards that track and trend metrics to drive business decisions.
· Support continuous improvement via automation and other general process improvements.
· Create process documentation such as One Point Lessons, Process Flows, and Standard Operating Procedures.
· Interaction with different levels of management, including Finance, Operations, Quality, and Procurement.
· Lead or support Special Ad Hoc projects as assigned.
EDUCATION & COMPETENCIES
· Bachelor’s Degree required.
· Microsoft Office knowledge.
· Intermediate experience in SAP ECC.
· Strong attention to detail.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Highly motivated individual who is a strong team player, with the ability to work on own initiative and can easily adapt to changing environments.
· A proven track record to influence and engage key stakeholders across all levels of the business.
· The ability to work with cross-functional teams.
· Ability to work in a diverse fast paced environment.
· Power BI and Power Automate a plus, but not required.
· Visual Basic for Applications a plus, but not required.

The base pay for this position is
$52,000.00 – $104,000.00
