Position:              Business Analyst

Reporting to:        Senior Manager Financial Planning & Analysis

Department:          Commercial  Finance- EPD

Location:              Karachi

Job Description:

This role will play an essential role in the preparation of monthly EPD closing reports and schedules for Area & Division and ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures in financial reporting and submissions.

Major Responsibilities:

·  Assist in monthly EPD closing and reporting financial information on standard Area schedules.
·  Perform in-depth analysis of financial data, identify trends, and assist Senior Manager FP&A in providing actionable recommendations to improve financial performance.
·  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial information and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
·  Support in the preparation of the Annual Budget and quarterly RLBEs cycle.
·  Organize data into structured reports/dashboards using digital tools i.e. Power BI, Tableau, SAP Analytics Cloud, etc.
·  Analyze Capital Expenditure and project expense variances (Actuals vs Plan/RLBE)
·  Assist in special projects and ad hoc financial analysis.

​ Education, Experience & Knowledge:

·  ACCA qualified or MBA Finance with 1 - 3 years of experience
·  Must have good interpersonal & communication skills
·  Good team player
·  Decision-making ability
·  Self-driven, self-motivated, and result oriented
