Primary Function:

Operations and control of equipment in the area in accordance with the work order and job procedures. The individual operates and performs changeovers on a wide variety of equipment within the batch making area.

Main Responsibilities:

• Read and follow all batch making instructions per job aids
• Accurately, carefully and safely add and document approved ingredients to process equipment
• Maintains constant flow of production (no downtime)

Accountability/Scope/Budget:

Responsible for the preparation of ingredients and operation of equipment in the production of nutritional bars

Minimum Education & Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Prior experience in filling operations preferable but may be waived pending educational and background experience
