This position is a part of Abbott Nutrition’s Quality Assurance organization, within the Strategic Quality Initiatives team. Strategic Quality Initiatives leads large strategic programs, continuous improvement projects, and data management & analytics within the Quality function.

The Associate Project Manager – Quality Data Analytics is responsible for leading cross-functional teams to analyze data for insights, develop metrics and improve business processes related to our data reporting.   The ideal candidate is comfortable navigating both data and operations to identify insights for decision making and continuous improvement.       

What You’ll Work On:

·  Lead cross-functional project teams to develop metrics and lead continuous improvement projects
·  Prepare and facilitate monthly business reviews for senior leaders, working closely with our global manufacturing sites to understand and communicate results
·  Reduce time spent to collect, analyze and report data through process improvement and visualization tools such as PowerBI
·  Analyze data and prepare reports that capture insights and recommendations for decision making
·  Provide input to data engineers on business user requirements

Required Qualifications

·  Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience
·  Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional project teams using project management and/or lean six sigma tools
·  Ability to analyze data for insights related to our quality and operational performance
·  Verbal, written and visual storytelling skills that effectively communicate data insights to project teams and senior management.
·  Experience using Excel, Qlikview, PowerBI or similar for data analysis and reporting
·  Experience with Microsoft office & collaboration tools
·  Bachelor’s degree required

The base pay for this position is
$72,700.00 – $145,300.00

In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
