WHAT YOU’LL DO
Working under general direction, provides engineering, sales, educational and technical support in response to field inquiries from physicians, health care professionals, patients, and field sales staff, involving CRM products.
· Provides technical clinical and programming assistance, primarily in support of sales/clinical team
· Integrates into all accounts; builds trust and relationships; establishes strong rapport with customers.
· With gained product knowledge, becomes proficient in complex programming and case support.
· Interacts with customers and assigned institutions, physicians, and technicians, purchasing agents and administration staff.
· Complies with U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, other regulatory requirements, Company policies, operating procedures, processes, and task assignments. Maintains positive and cooperative communications and collaboration with all levels of employees, customers, contractors, and vendors.
· Provides technical (implant and/or procedural case coverage) support in response to field inquiries on a 24-hour, on-call basis
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING
Required:
· Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Life Sciences or a related field; or equivalent experience required.
· Requires ability to become certified on all CRM products.
· 0-2 years’ experience in medical device or a related discipline
· Ability to apply engineering skills and abilities to interpret and solve complex clinical problems.
· Comprehensive written and verbal communication, interpersonal, presentation, analytical, organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines.
· Ability to concentrate on detail and work independently.
· Work effectively with engineers, technical specialists, vendors, and customers to achieve assigned goals; must be capable of coordinating multiple assignments simultaneously and effectively.
· Must possess comprehensive personal computer skills (experience with Microsoft Office or equivalent required) in graphics, word-processing, databases, authoring programs, etc., to develop presentation materials.

Preferred:
· Must be able to take rotational on-call schedule: supporting duties beyond business hours during on-call shifts

The base pay for this position is
$52,000.00 – $104,000.00
