Primary Job Function
· Achieving assigned Area/TBM wise sales target
· Support team to achieve monthly/quarterly/yearly target
· Achieve Brand & Product wise target
· Conduct activities and programs as per division strategy.
· Develop & mentor Team for next level
Core Job Responsibilities
· Facilitate Team members to achieve their Territory wise
· Coaching TBM on various on the Job aspects
· Developing TBMs field effectiveness
Supervisory/Management Responsibilities
· Monitoring of effort parameter and execution of strategies
· Monitoring Brand wise & Value wise Month on Month Sales progression
· Effective communicator & Analytical Skill
· People Manager

Limited to Area/Geography of operation
Minimum Education
· BSc/B.Pharma background
· Post Graduate/Graduated from any other background with sound education and performance track record
Minimum Experience/Training Required
· Candidate with prior/current experience of 2 to 4 Years of First Line manager in same therapy.
· Candidate from MNC and top Indian Pharma companies will have added advantage.
