The Opportunity  

As an apprentice as a Field Technical Engineer within our Electrophysiology (EP) team you will be assisting providing support and advise on the use of the Abbott EP portfolio within the assigned territory - This is an apprentice contract. 

What You’ll Work On  

· 
Learn and support clinical consultation, teaching and support on the use of all EP products and their appropriate application procedures in the hospital (catheter laboratory) 

· 
Develop up to date technical knowledge of current and new therapies and technologies within the therapy area, including competitor devices, as well as a general understanding of the dynamics of the country healthcare market; discuss industry-specific flagship products and services 

 

Required Qualifications  

· 
Seeking Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical or science related field or equivalent 

· 
Familiarity with catheter lab and strong cardiac anatomy & physiology knowledge preferred 

· 
Strong communicator with active listening skills and questioning techniques
