Solicitamos: Trainee Soporte a Customer Satisfaction.
Objetivo de la posición: Brindar apoyo administrativo al área de satisfacción al cliente, contribuir al óptimo desempeño del área y al fortalecimiento de la eficiencia operativa de la empresa, al mismo tiempo que se fomentan el desarrollo profesional y el aprendizaje continuo.
Requisitos:
· Escolaridad: Recien egresados en Lic. en Administración/Ing. Industrial.
· Inglés: Intermedio.
· Software: Paquetería Office Intemedio.
Actividades:
· Carga de información de los trabajos realizados en campo en sistema Asist.
· Carga de reclamos en UCHP de los trabajos realizados en campo y que cuentan con una orden de Asist de acuerdo con los parámetros establecidos en el sistema.
· Preparar soportes de auditoria con los parámetros establecidos de acuerdo con la política de garantías para apoyar al auditor en la ejecución de auditorías de garantías.
· Captura de reclamos de garantía de parte de clientes corporativos que cumplan con los parámetros de la política de garantías establecidos.
· Actualizar información de calidad en los pizarrones correspondientes mensualmente.
· Subir información a la plataforma UH2H de acuerdo con las fallas reportadas por el responsable de la cuenta.
· Apertura de casos Argus con los soportes e información reportada por el responsable de cuenta clave.
· Seguimiento en cierre de ordenes de trabajo en LDS para los WSI´s y PSV´s.
· Actualización de flota de clientes para la asignación de trabajos de garantías o campañas
· Elaboración de salidas de materiales.
· Seguimiento a la evaluación de Triage por cliente y por caso.
· Realizar encuestas de satisfacción a clientes retail que cuentan con un contrato de mantenimiento.
