What you will do
This is us – ASK HR team: We are part of the Volvo Group People and Culture - People Services. We’re working with global implementation, development and maintenance of Service Now HR applications, ranging from case management, knowledge management and document management to service management/portal and workflows. We work as Agile based Scrum team.
Does it sound interesting and challenging for you? It’s a perfect match because currently we are looking for a colleague who will join us as HR Business Analyst working with Service Now HR applications.
As HR Business Analyst you will be mainly responsible for analysing processes and creating documentation to be used in the Service Now HR Applications development.
Your future role includes creation of Process Description Documents, support creation of Requirements Description - Stories, and act as Service Now HR Applications consultant.
You will collaborate closely with HR Application Developers, Subject Matter Experts and Leaders and various stakeholders globally. Depending on the needs, there may be some small development tasks included.
What will you exactly do?
• Identify and map business processes in various Volvo Group business areas globally
• Create and maintain documentation (e.g. Process Design Document and process maps)
• Prepare Requirements Descriptions – Stories
• Analysing and clarifying stories raised by the stakeholders
• Facilitate the collaboration between the stakeholders, the ASK HR team and Product owner mainly during the solution development period
• Cooperate with business partners and leaders on the global level
• Support change management activities
• Run Service Now HR Application information sessions
• Participate in Scrum team activities
• This role may also include some work related to configuration/development of the tool itself (from low to medium complexity)
