Technical Dealer Support (TDS) is the first line support department for our markets and dealers globally. With a strong focus on technical enquiries, remote diagnostics and connected services, we ensure that our customers are offered a premium service and are helped in time. Using the latest technologies, we guarantee the improvement of internal processes and stay up-to-date with our service deliveries. Our Connected Services Support team is a multi-cultural team who combine strong communication skills with technical understanding and a clear customer focus. We provide hands-on, first-line support for connected services, working closely with dealers, customers and internal technical experts across the globe. Our collective knowledge is our greatest asset, making teamwork central to everything we do. At our Uptime Center, we are the heartbeat of our organization, with over 300 dedicated colleagues working around the clock to support our customers across Europe and beyond. Our diverse and inclusive environment brings together more than 30 nationalities, supporting 18 languages—an essential asset in delivering exceptional service to drivers, dealers, and partners worldwide.

·  Your task is to understand the customer's questions and needs in their native language, and operate as first line support between customer and technician
·  You will assist the technical support engineers by collecting, registering, and conveying essential information required for solving the problem.
·  You will actively solve cases related to activation or configuration of Volvo Connect services
·  You will update the customer on the status of their case.
·  You will be translating information.
