Logistics Assistant | Core Hub
Position Objective
Support the execution and control of Core Hub operational and fiscal routines, ensuring smooth logistics flows, data accuracy, and end-to-end documental and tax compliance. The role supports the Analyst and contributes to process stability.
What you will do
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Routines:
· Execute daily inbound and outbound flows of housings and materials.
· Monitor physical and system movements, ensuring data consistency.
· Track and update dealer network outstanding balances.
· Support raw material availability for internal production.
· Perform cycle counting and inventory control.
· Coordinate shipment processes and operational information flow.
· Support process standardization and automation initiatives.
Fiscal and Documentation Control (E2E)
· Execute and control fiscal and logistics documentation, including shipment, return, donation, and warranty invoices.
· Manage DIP and other applicable tax controls.
· Ensure document verification, organization, and audit compliance.
Stakeholder Interface
· Act as operational point of contact with dealer network and internal areas (MRP, Production, Tax, Logistics).
· Support operational training when required.
KPIs and Continuous Improvement
· Maintain operational and fiscal controls (spreadsheets, systems, reports).
· Support monitoring of KPIs such as flow, aging, outstanding balances, and documental compliance.
· Contribute to process standardization, digitalization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
· Undergraduate degree in progress in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
· Advanced Office 365 skills (Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint).
· Knowledge of tax and fiscal processes.
· Advanced English and intermediate Spanish.
· Strong organizational, communication, and proactive skills.
Preferred Qualifications
· Advanced Spanish.
· Knowledge of programming and data management.
· Experience in logistics or invoice (NF) management.
