The Role

As an HR Reporting Lead , you will lead a reporting-focused team, coordinate key headcount reporting activities, and act as a go-to partner for stakeholders across People Analytics, IT, and People & Culture. This role blends people leadership with strong process ownership and hands-on expertise in HR reporting and People Analytics.

You will act as the bridge between business needs and technical execution, ensuring that our data products serve the organization effectively.

What you will do (Key Responsibilities)

·  Team Leadership : Lead the HR Reporting team day-to-day, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous development.
·  Change Management : Drive change management initiatives within the reporting teams, including the integration and optimization of specific scopes.
·  Process Ownership : Own, maintain, and improve HR reporting processes and services to ensure efficiency and data quality.
·  Subject Matter Expertise : Serve as the Volvo Group Headcount reporting expert and trusted advisor for internal and external stakeholders.
·  Digital & IT Collaboration : Orchestrate collaboration with Digital & IT teams to develop and maintain the Headcount Dashboard and other Data Products.
·  Stakeholder Management : Represent People Analytics reporting in key forums and act as the primary point of contact for complex reporting inquiries.
·  Operational Delivery : Oversee the delivery of recurring and ad-hoc reporting for internal needs (management) and external requirements.

Who you are (Requirements)

To be successful in this role, you need to combine leadership skills with a strong analytical mindset.

·  Leadership Experience : Proven track record in leading and developing operational or reporting teams.
·  HR Data Expertise : Deep understanding of HR metrics, particularly Headcount/FTE methodologies and complex organizational structures.
·  Process Management : Strong background in designing and improving reporting processes.
·  Bridge between HR & IT : Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications for IT/Data teams.
·  Stakeholder Management : Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust with senior stakeholders and cross-functional partners.
·  Language : Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.

It will be considered an asset (Nice to have)

·  Experience with BI and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).
·  Knowledge of global HRIS platforms, particularly SAP SuccessFactors .
·  Familiarity with French HR reporting standards or French language skills.
·  Experience working in an Agile environment or with Product Management methodologies.
·  Experience in a large, global matrix organization.
