The Vara plant is in a crucial phase of growth and transformation, where we are continuously improving existing processes, IT solutions, and embracing new technologies to meet the challenges and opportunities of the future. We are expanding our team and looking for a Logistic Developer to help drive this transformation.
 

Key Responsibilities:

As a Logistic Developer, you will play a crucial role in the transformation of our plant by developing and improving logistics solutions and processes. You will work closely with various departments, including Engineering and Digital & IT, to break down business needs into actionable requirements and solutions. Your responsibilities will include testing, implementing, and supporting new processes and IT systems, ensuring their smooth integration with existing operations.

 

In addition, you will act as a key user, supporting daily operations from the start of the order process to the delivery of the final product. You will manage data and administration related to orders, software, and cycle counting within the plant. Lastly, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to our ongoing lean journey by helping improve and develop current setups, ensuring we are continuously evolving and optimizing our processes.
 

​​​​​​​What We’re Looking For:

·  Strong collaboration and networking skills to work effectively with colleagues at all levels and across various functions.
·   A self-driven, analytical mindset with a passion for playing a key role in shaping the future of the plant and its processes.
·  A degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Logistics, or equivalent experience, with preferably some background in production, ERP, IT, or process development.
·  Fluent in both Swedish and English.
