Flexis is the new company in the green logistics sector, with the mission to create more sustainable societies and change the way we move goods through cities. 

 

Mission

The Digital Specialist’s mission is to strategically elevate the company's digital presence by driving comprehensive, data-driven marketing campaigns across all digital channels. This role will build brand awareness, increase engagement, and generate leads through a mix of organic and paid initiatives, ensuring the company’s online voice is both impactful and consistent.

Main Activities

Digital Strategy Development: Lead the creation and execution of a cohesive digital marketing strategy that aligns with business objectives, ensuring a balance between organic growth and paid media opportunities.

•    Social Media:
o    Develop and oversee the execution of robust social media strategies across all relevant platforms.
o    Build and manage always-on social media campaigns, balancing real-time engagement with long-term growth strategies.

•    Content Creation & Optimization:
o    Collaborate with content creators, designers, and external agencies to produce high-quality, engaging digital content.
o    Ensure content across social media, website, email, and ad platforms is SEO-optimized, on-brand, and aligned with the company’s messaging and tone of voice.

•    Digital Advertising:
o    Plan and execute digital ad campaigns, including search engine marketing (SEM), paid social (Facebook, LinkedIn ads), display advertising, and retargeting strategies.
o    Manage ad budgets, conduct A/B testing, and analyze performance metrics to continuously improve ROI on ad spend.

•    Website Management:
o    Oversee website content management and maintenance, ensuring optimal user experience (UX) and conversion rates.
o    Work closely with developers and designers to ensure the website is optimized for performance, SEO, and mobile responsiveness.

•    Influencer & Partnership Marketing:
o    Identify and develop partnerships with digital influencers, clients, and industry leaders to expand reach and increase brand credibility.
o    Leverage cross-promotional opportunities with partners and clients for mutual benefit, including co-branded digital initiatives.

•    Email Marketing & Newsletters:
o    Lead email marketing campaigns, from conceptualization to execution, ensuring content is targeted and personalized to different customer segments.
o    Design and implement automated workflows for lead nurturing and client engagement.

•    Data Analysis & Reporting:
o    Use tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and social media insights to track the effectiveness of digital campaigns, creating detailed reports on KPIs such as engagement, reach, conversions, and lead generation.

Skills

•    Strong experience in digital marketing with a strong understanding of social media, SEM, SEO, and PPC
•    Expertise in digital analytics and performance measurement
•    Excellent project management and multitasking abilities
•    Strong creativity paired with analytical thinking to craft compelling digital strategies
•    Ability to stay ahead of trends and innovate in a fast-moving digital space
•    Fluent in English, other language is an asset

To make this project come true, the Joint Venture Flexis has received initial funding and support from 3 major players of the commercial vehicle sector. 

 

We are a team of diverse peers looking to create a future company which will grow to 100+ collaborators over the next six months. We aim to make this project raising significant investments and reach rapidly a significant size with sales in excess of 2Bn. We are thinking big and fast. We will operate at the junction between electric vehicles and the digital world.
