The Engineering Graduate Program at Volvo Group Trucks Technology is a global 12-month program , designed to give young engineers a strong and inspiring start to their careers.

You will benefit from the perfect mix of on-the-job learning , hands-on technical missions and dedicated development activities . Throughout the year, you will work on real products and real business challenges, while developing both your technical expertise and your professional skills.

In addition to your manager, who will support you in your daily work, you will be part of a strong network of fellow graduates, experienced colleagues, and senior leaders across the Group. We hope you will learn as much from us as we will from you.

How you will make an impact

As an Engineering Graduate – Ingénieur Système ADAS , you will join the Function & Software Defined Vehicle department in Lyon, within the Safe & Efficient Driving team , whose mission is clear: make heavy-duty vehicles safer, smarter and more efficient .

Your main responsibilities will include:

· 
Developing, integrating and testing Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) on different vehicle platforms

· 
Contributing to the continuous improvement of vehicle safety, driving comfort and efficiency

· 
Defining and following functional requirements and software documentation for Renault Trucks ADAS functions

· 
Participating in verification activities on test benches and vehicles

· 
Acting as a technical interface with project teams, plants, aftersales and commercial teams

· 
Collaborating closely with teams based in Sweden to align roadmaps, priorities and future technological challenges

You will join a multidisciplinary team of engineers specialized in system engineering and testing , covering the full development cycle — from functional definition to vehicle validation.

You meet the following requirements

To qualify for the Engineering Graduate Program , you:

· 
Hold a Master’s degree (BAC+5) in Engineering or equivalent, completed no more than 18 months before the program start

· 
Have no more than two years of full-time professional experience after graduation

· 
Are fluent in English , both written and spoken (French is required for this position)

· 
Have a background in embedded systems, electronics, mechatronics or automotive engineering

· 
Have initial experience (internship, apprenticeship or first role) in development, integration or validation of embedded systems

· 
Are familiar with automotive networks such as CAN, LIN and Ethernet

· 
Have an interest in ADAS sensors (radar, camera, lidar) and their integration into vehicle functions
