You will join the IT Enterprise domain of Ubisoft, and more particularly the “Collaboration & Communication” team in charge to provide the best digital journey to empower Ubisoft people, unlocking their full potential by facilitating collaboration & productivity, empowering seamless communication & access to Ubisoft knowledge, building vibrant communities and boundless inspiration.

Your role as a Product Owner is to make sure that the products created and/or supported  produce value to its stakeholders and users. The product owner work in partnership with business teams to find out a solution to their  business problem statement and their business vision & goals. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for building the strategic vision of the product, managing the requirements, backlog, roadmap, timeline, overseeing the design, development, compliance and facilitating the deployment, support, and evolutions of it.  As a product owner, you will be the link between the business, the user, and the technical domain. Your mission is both operational (designing and delivering product) and strategic (defining product vision to align the company's vision and responses to customer needs).

 

Your main mission:

·  Product Vision  : Create and maintain a clear vision and roadmap for the product that aligns with the organization's, partners' and users' goals and objectives
·  Requirements and backlog  : Collect, analyze, translate functional & technical requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and product backlog items in collaboration with the product team and stakeholders
·  Coordination  : Prioritize and manage the product backlog based on value, risk, and dependencies. Oversee the product roadmap, team coordination, budget, scope, and timeline
·  Compliancy  : Review and ensure the quality and alignment of deliverables with user stories, acceptance criteria, and internal compliancy standards (data privacy, resilience, accessibility, security)
·  Growth  : Gather and analyze feedback from end-users and stakeholders to continuously evaluate and improve the product based on performance metrics and feedback.
·  Communication :  Effectively communicate and demonstrate the value, benefits, and progress of the product to stakeholders, end-users, and the company.
·  Agile approach  : Play a key role in agile development cycles, including backlog review, sprint planning, grooming, daily meetings, retrospectives, and demos.

Your professional value:

·  Significant experience as Product Owner, product management, project management & business analysis experience
·  A strong knowledge of the IT product development lifecycle and experience of agile project management methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, ...)
·  A proficient ability to use various IT software, such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft, Miro  
·  Fluency in English both written and oral. [ French is not required, but a plus.]
