As part of our plan to strengthen our Environmental Sustainability department, we are seeking a Decarbonization Project Manager.

As the  Decarbonization Project Manager within the Purpose Directorate and the Impact Department, your mission will be to identify and monitor projects aimed at reducing our greenhouse gas emissions . You will report to Senior Manager in charge of Non-Financial Reporting, and in collaboration with the entire Sustainability team. 

·  Decarbonization Strategy Development: Identify relevant decarbonization strategies in collaboration with operational areas, considering their activities; 
·  Plan Formalization: Formalize the company's decarbonization plan and transition plan. 
·  KPI Identification & Monitoring: Identify relevant monitoring KPIs, set short, medium, and long-term goals, and ensure their follow-up, in collaboration with the members of the Impact team. 
·  Public aid applications: Identify and apply for public aid to support our ecological transition approach. 
·  Life Cycle Analysis: Conduct life cycle analysis work to assess the environmental impact of our activities. 
·  Carbon Offset Management: Monitor carbon offset plans to balance our emissions 
·  Reporting: Develop Sustainability Report. 

Key responsibilities 

·  You will provide project management support to operational or transversal departments when necessary.  
·  You will organize regular monitoring of the progress and effectiveness of initiatives to allow adjustments if necessary.  
·  You will communicate transparently and regularly with internal stakeholders, providing a comprehensive view of the progress made and the results obtained. 
·  Experience in sustainability, environmental issues, climate change, or related fields. 
·  Demonstrated ability to develop and implement decarbonization strategies. 
·  Strong track record in project management and lifecycle analysis. 

Skills and Knowledge: 

·  In-depth knowledge and understanding of sustainability issues and decarbonization mechanisms is must 
·  Project management experience, especially within sustainability or environmental contexts- for example - climate change, environmental management, carbon footprint topics 
·  Knowledge of regulations and CSR standards, 
·  Analytical mind & synthesis abilities, 
·  Communication & interpersonal relationship management skills, and the ability to manage multifunctional teams, 
·  Fluent in English & French.
