Opale is creating AI agents tailored for investment banks and private equity firms. We're revolutionizing investment strategies by bringing human-like analysis to scale. Our platform uses cutting-edge proprietary technology and advanced LLM models to deliver rich insights and in-depth analysis in just seconds.
The design is at the heart of our value proposition. As a Product Designer, you'll work directly with our founding team and Head of Product in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
You'll be actively involved in every stage of the product process:

Precisely identifying user needs

Designing clear and intuitive interfaces

Contributing to a cohesive and scalable design system

Creating clear experiences and prototypes

Collaborating with the tech team to ensure accurate implementation

Helping communicate new features

Measuring impact to continuously iterate and improve the product

Recruitment Process

Step 1: Application Submission

Step 2: Technical Interview

1-Hour Technical Interview with Head of Product/Design:
· Discuss design skills, problem-solving, and UX/UI principles.
· Present a project from your portfolio and tackle a short design exercise.
Step 3: Final Interview

1-Hour Interview with Co-Founder:
· Assess cultural fit, business acumen, and career goals.
· Learn about the company's vision and values.
