Join us as HR Operations

Join us and take on the challenge of AI in Medical Imaging! Together!

Mission: As part of the HR team, your missions will be to contribute to the improvement of our financial health to put the company to move from start-up to scale-up. You must guarantee the best interaction with other departments to gather reliable information and feed best strategic decision for Incepto.

You will take care of:

Human Resources: • Manage the daily operations concerning HR (job descriptions, job contracts, performance assessments, payroll), • Own onboarding/Offboarding processes, • Identify and organize trainings.

On top of a team of passionate co-workers, you will benefit from: • A close proximity with Physicians, including immersions in clinical sites with radiologists • Many team events: after-works, restaurants, barbecues, winter/summer meetings • Participate to various congress and events: JFR, Vivatech,…

Preferred Experience

Bachelor’s/master’s degree (or equivalent), you have at least 2 years of professional experience in related disciplines.

Qualifications/Requirements: • Previous experience within HR operations • Fluency in English and French • Rigor

Desired skills: • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Ownership • Good organizational skills, autonomous and reliable • Result oriented • Adaptability to work in a constantly evolving and fast paced environment

Recruitment Process
