Job Description

We're looking for an enthusiastic and curious Product Designer who loves building for simplicity in complexity , to join our Product team.

You will collaborate closely with the Product Manager , to translate complex requirements into intuitive experiences . You will work on our cybersecurity products and be responsible for creating great product experiences that our customers love.

Your missions :

As part of the design team, you will :

· 
Collaborate with the Product Manager and the Tech Lead to define design expectations and priorities throughout the research/discovery, planning and product delivery phases.

· 
Develop a better understanding of the user , enabling you to identify unmet user needs and objectives.

· 
Take part in feedback sessions and user testing with customers to refine prototypes.

· 
Drive the creation of prototypes that communicate complex concepts in a simple , engaging manner .

· 
Craft high-fidelity prototypes that effectively communicate user flows.

· 
Collaborate across teams to ensure design consistency and coherence .

· 
Contribute to new design patterns to your organization's design system.

· 
You work closely with engineering to implement these updated patterns to improve the design system .

· 
Suggest new areas for improvement on the existing product.

The position can be based in Rennes, Paris or fully remote.

Preferred Experience

We are excited to meet you if :

· 
You have +3 years of proven experience in Product Design,

· 
You have a strong portfolio showcasing your capability to find solutions to difficult problems with constraints,

· 
You have strong analytical skills to evaluate design concepts and user feedbacks,

· 
You have experience in conducting user research and translating insights into actionable design decisions,

· 
You are eager to iterate on the design based on testing and user feedback ,

· 
You can create new design patterns based on user behaviors ,

· 
You are proficient in Figma and other relevant design tools, as well as great skills in prototyping ,

· 
You are interested in tech fields such as SaaS, Observability app, AI, Cybersecurity, etc. Ideally, you have experience in designing SaaS product, dashboard, observability apps etc.

· 
You are proficient in both English & French ,

Nice to have :

· 
You are already familiar with front-end development principles (HTML, CSS), Design systems, Responsive Interest in accessible design principles.

· 
For information, the team use different tools such as Github, ProductBoard, Notion and PostHog.
