Mercateam has proven in the last 4 years its aptitude to bring a bright answer to new big challenges faced by the industry:

·  increasingly sophisticated and technological machines and data proliferation;

which are changing the composition of the manufacturing labor force and how work gets done.
As a result, manufacturers face an urgent imperative to help less experienced workers build knowledge and capabilities, and take advantage of data through collaboration.

Mercateam has built its solution hand in hand with top manufacturers to bring employees into Industry 4.0 and bridge the gap between investments made in machines and in operational workforce and its development.
We have developed a SaaS solution based on the latest technologies for mapping skills on production sites and organize know-how.

This has led to a number of other key features managed by Mercateam, including:

·  smart planning of work assignments under constraints;
·  a training module adapted to the operational workforce;
·  a workforce strategic planning.

Mercateam had a strong commercial track record in the last 3 years and supports over 150 industrial sites, among which LVMH, Andros, Richemond, Dior, LISI, Collins Aerospace, etc… in 12 different countries, with his 360 industrial workforce-centric solution.

Mercateam’s ambition is to become the European leader in blue-collar management over the next three years.

Descriptif du poste

Since the creation of Mercateam, our growth has been exponential: every month, tens of top manufacturers from all sectors start using Mercateam to help their employees being much more efficient. And this happened with very little Marketing!

Now Mercateam is opening a Marketing department and there is a whole Marketing strategy to build and to implement, starting with a good content strategy.

We are therefore looking for our first Content Manager, to work hand in hand with our Head of Marketing, Mathilde.

Your mission will be to position Mercateam as a SaaS leader for the Manufacturing Industry in Europe and to increase visibility and demand generation through qualitative content.

You will have the following responsibilities:

Content

· 
Build and implement a content strategy for each step of the funnel (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU), for a B2B and C-level audience of Manufacturers from all sectors (foods, drugs, luxury, automotive, aeronautics, etc.) You’ll be the owner of the content calendar.

· 
Produce high quality content on multiple format (blog posts, videos, white papers, infographics), with the help of our designer.

· 
Distribute content on multiple channels to make it highly visible to the persona (Linkedin, mails, website, events, ads, PR etc.)

· 
Guarantee consistency in brand message and tone of voice with the right copywriting on all supports.

Social media : own the Linkedin strategy to make Mercateam visible to its target persona. Help to highlight our CEO personal branding.

Mailing: manage mailing campaigns to clients and leads (newsletter, product updates, premium content, event, etc.)

SEO: coordinate the SEO strategy and the blog post production optimized for SEO

Events

· 
Participate to the organization and communication of regular webinars and physical events for Manfacturing.

· 
Organize the participation to external exhibitions.

Data: measure your actions performances to evaluate the ROI

Profil recherché

· 
Experience 3-6 years: you have a similar significant experience in a startup, scale-up or tech fast growing company, ideally in B2B and targeting big accounts.

· 
You have a lot of energy,

· 
You love to write and you have excellent skills in copywriting

· 
You are curious and creative.

· 
You are structured, well organized and autonomous.

· 
You are able to collaborate with multiple teams

· 
French native speaker, fluent in English

· 
A knowledge of the Manufacturing industry is a plus.
