Descriptif du poste

Context:

As part of the Design department, you will work on one of the most important issues for Greenly: Brand awareness and consistency.

Your role? Help us create and maintain a strong brand through great visual content

Your tasks:

Due to Greenly's growth, our creative needs have increased significantly, calling for a strengthening of our creative output. As a Junior Brand Designer, you will cover a wide range of topics:

·  Content & Marketing

-Composition of digital acquisition assets (landing pages, banners, ...)

-High added value expert content (white papers, ...) & creative resources for all Growth projects & needs

-Support for Greenly's sales team in all their creative needs (brochures, user guides, etc.).

-Communication & PR content (press kits, video packages, ...).

-Social Media

-Deployment & enrichment of our visual identity on social networks

-Exploration, design and production of new formats & concepts alongside our Social Media Manager

-Establishment of a regular production rhythm of assets (carousels, stories, ...)

-Contributing to the improvement and reflection of the UX/UI of Greenly's public website

-Enriching our library of acquisition landing pages

-Implementation of processes or practices to improve the scalability of design within Greenly: automation of templates on Figma, documentation to facilitate the onboarding of designers

Profil recherché

You are the right person for us if you meet these criteria:

You are looking for a 6/12-month internship or a work-study program and you are ideally at the end of your studies!

· 
You have a well-structured portfolio that shows us all your creative talent and favourite projects in a few pages.

· 
You have a good command of the Adobe suite, and you are an ace on Figma.

· 
Bonus points if you have motion design skills.

· 
You are curious, passionate and demanding of yourself. You like to test new things, refine your crafting and produce beautiful content.

· 
You are agile and pragmatic in your approach to design.

· 
You are able to listen to the needs of other teams, and adapt to the constraints of their projects.

· 
You are able to communicate your ideas, justify your creative positions and move your projects forward.

· 
You are able to challenge the briefs presented to you and help your counterparts to refine them.

· 
You have a good spoken and written level of English and French

· 
You are autonomous and able to structure your own creative routine.
