· 
Your role will be supporting our team in the following areas:

· 
Operational tasks in Partner Management, focus Partner Loyalty Program

· 
Update and editing Intranet-, Internet- and Sharepoint Websites

· 
Collection and preparation editorial content for diverse channels, e.g. Newsletters

· 
Support Events, Trainings, Workshops (preparation, execution and follow-up)

· 
Handling ordering process in collaboration with Business Administration

· 
Support creation of briefings/rebriefings of meetings, e.g. with agencies, internal/external service providers

· 
Organizational support production processes of MarCom artefacts

This position may suit you best, if you are a passionate and committed team member that will help us to communicate and promote our newly launched global business partner program: Team Siemens Healthineers.

· 
You have a strong affinity to marketing and communication (e.g. studying communication and/or media design or equivalent experience in agencies or with other creative service providers)

· 
You are passionate about the work and self-independent on tasks assigned (good project management skills)

· 
You are diligent and attentive and you deliver error-free and professional outcomes

· 
You pay attention to detail and have experience with content management systems and ideally design programs such as InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator

· 
You possess good MS Office skills, especially PowerPoint

· 
You are a team player, integrates into the team and actively asks for/offers support

· 
Moreover you are fluent in English, German helpful, generally you also provide good communication skills
