Then come and join our Thailand team as CS Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for developing business opportunities by nurturing marketing qualified leads (MQL) into high quality sales qualified leads (SQL) through remote channels (e.g., phone calls, virtual demos, video conferencing, chat, emailing). Convert leads to orders. Conducts handover of Sales Qualified Leads (SQL) to Account Executives in specific cases.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
  • You are responsible for developing sales opportunities for equipment and service-specific products. 
  • You are responsible for achieving business goals for assigned accounts, such as increasing product/solution/service penetration. 
  • You are responsible for leading the development and execution of account plans to ensure the achievement of business goals and budgets. 
  • You are responsible for cultivating long-term relationships with key stakeholders in customer organizations. 
  • You are responsible for assisting management in creating sales plans and strategies, developing funnels, forecasts, budgets, and operating plans for product/service sales channels. 
  • You are responsible for developing and execute strategies and tactical plans to maximize installed base retention, competitive conversion, and overall win rate. 
  • You are responsible for identifying target personas, interact with, and qualify customers to meet MQL and SQL criteria. 
  • You are responsible for interfacing directly with prospects to qualify potential opportunities, determine optimal system/solution configurations, and generate quotations accordingly. 
  • You are responsible for validating and qualifying leads by following up on Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and producing Sales Qualified Leads (SQL) through outbound prospecting (cold calls, emails, social media). 
  • You are responsible to foster strong internal relationships and collaboration to support fast and effective value delivery to customers. 
  • You are responsible to provide oversight and analysis of data in sales tools and dashboards, including CRM, for forecasts and planning.

Your qualifications and experience:
  • You have a bachelor’s degree with equivalent combination of education/training.
  • You have previous sales experience preferred.
  • You have good professional sales skills (written and oral skills) and a desire to further advance your sales skillset.
Your attributes and skills:
  • You have excellent communication skills; you are able to build relationships with key decision makers.
  • You have strong organizational skills and proactivity following-up on leads.
  • You have resilient attitude, coachability and demonstrated consistency in performance.
  • You have experience in the medical technology space.
  • You have excellent presentation, planning, and organizational skills.
  • You are able to work in a team environment, performance-based culture.
  • You have advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, and Sales Enablement tools, CRM tools such as Oracle Sales Cloud or equivalent is a plus.
