Location: Beijing
Organization: MO KAM&BD&ST
Mode of employment: Full time only

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop Division/ BU strategies for the Mobility China and support their implementation.
• Analyze market data and competitor information for strategic decisions
• Develop partnership with local players and prepare the business cases
• Support the regional business planning processes including marketing assessment, business target agreement and R&D/ engineering needs
• Support management presentations & business reviews
• Other ad-hoc support of HQ and regional management

Key Requirements:

• Railway/ mass transit industry knowledge preferred
• Financial and commercial knowledge, M&A experience is a plus
• Methodologies for developing business strategies, strong analytic skills
• Good presentation skills
• Interpersonal skills for communicating in a large organization with higher management
• Technical product / service knowledge

Your experience:
• >3 years experience in railway industry is a plus
• >3 years experience in management or financial consulting
• Working experiences in foreign companies
• Collaboration with international teams

Education: Bachelor or above English: Fluent
