Responsibilities:
• Support IT communication efforts within the AP region.
• Collaborate and coordinate with different IT teams in the AP region.
• Assist in the implementation of communication plans.
• Create high-quality content and designs, including newsletters, articles, internal notifications, social media posts, etc.
• Aid in the execution of IT AP organization events, such as country-wide "Digital Days" and other related events.
• Assist in working with key external partners, such as vendors.
• Help maintain website pages and tools related to internal publications and event marketing.
• 参与亚太地区IT的沟通传播工作,与各国的IT团队协同工作。
• 理解亚太地区IT沟通传播策略,协助完善沟通传播方案,并确保方案顺利落地。
• 协助完成IT沟通传播的日常任务,包括但不限于文案撰写、后台排版、用户分析。
• 完成创作编辑任务,并提供吸引人的视觉呈现,包括EDM、电子杂志、内部通知、社交媒体帖子等。
• 协助落地线上或线下活动,如覆盖全国的Digital Day 。
• 协助与核心外部合作伙伴(如供应商)合作。
• 协助维护与内部出版物和活动营销相关的网站和系统。
Requirements:
• Currently pursuing a degree in Journalism/PR/Communications/Media industries/ Translating & Interpreting or a related field.
• Excellent cross-hierarchy communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to handle assigned tasks with minimal supervision while seeking help and support when required.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to changes, curiosity, and quick learning of new skills.
• Excellent written and oral English communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of Korean or Japanese as additional languages is preferred.
• Abroad experience is preferred.
• Time commitment: minimum 4 days a week for at least 6 months, allow 1 day home office.

• 每周至少保证4个工作日到岗,至少为期6个月。可有1天居家办公。
