The SeniorDirector Strategy (f/m/d) will report into the Senior Vice President ofHealthcare Vertical Market. This role is responsible for defining anddeveloping a HVM Strategy globally: identifying market trends, driving strategyin HVM. This individual will own the formulation of the HVM strategy to ensurethe continued success for HVM, as well as the collaboration with diversedepartments in SAG, SHS and partners. Furthermore M&A targets must beidentified and judged. This includes focus on the following areas: extendedHealthcare Market globally across entire SAG portfolio including SHS, SFS, etc.

Your key responsibilities.

• Strategic Leadership: Mastermind and drive short to long-term strategies for HVM, showcasing innovation and progressive leadership.
• Market Mastery: Possess in-depth knowledge of the healthcare market, and the consultant landscape. Knowing Siemens Healthineers is a plus.
• Strategic Architect: Excel in crafting, implementing, and innovating strategic programs, linking key knowledge areas for success.
• Sales Empowerment: Support sales organizations in developing and performing strategic business strategies, improving sales opportunities.
• Collaborative Innovator: Foster cross-functional collaboration, connecting headquarters and regions to implement key initiatives with strategic precision.
• Digital and technical thought leader: Combining tech and biz, be familiar with Alice and Bob

• Showcase educational excellence with a relevant Master's or Bachelor's degree.
• Bringing many years of immersive experience in healthcare practice management, strategy, and digitalization, demonstrating a rich background.
• Possess a robust eye for business, seamlessly bridging strategy conceptualization to tactical implementation. Navigate systemic interdependencies with finesse.
• Sound knowledge of markets and customers.
• Showcase strategic business planning expertise, guiding initiatives with a forward-thinking approach.
• Highly proficient leadership skills, adept at motivating teams, handling P&L effectively, and steering business development to success.
• Showcase the ability to energize, develop, and build rapport at all levels within an organization, creating a collaborative and growing environment.
• Think strategically and wield influence in decision-making processes, contributing to the organization's overall strategic direction.
• Passionate about making a positive customer impact while balancing business needs.
