What do you contribute?

In your new role as Sales Manager Truck Trolley (f/m/d) you will help us to acquire projects in the mining environment and thus make a significant contribution to our growth in this future-oriented portfolio.

  • You will be responsible for all sales aspects from the pre-acquisition phase to the preparation/processing of offers, contract and price negotiation/signing through to project handover.
  • You will also continuously monitor and analyze the markets and competitors, prepare the data obtained and support our sales management in defining strategic goals.
  • Furthermore, you present our future-oriented truck trolley solution and its contribution to sustainable and economically successful operations to customers and at trade fairs.
  • You will be available to your colleagues in the respective national companies with your expert knowledge for technical, commercial and process-related questions.
  • You communicate with internal and external stakeholders and define the sales requirements and technological orientation of the portfolio as well as the sales and offer strategy. In this way, you play a key role in defining the technical and commercial direction of the business segment.
 

What do you bring along?

  • You have a bachelor's degree in engineering.
  • Additionally, you have many years of experience in the international rail infrastructure and project business.
  • Ideally, you already have some experience in sales with customers from the mining sector.
  • You also have a good knowledge of electrification systems.
  • Knowledge of PM@Siemens and the bidding processes at Siemens Mobility would be an advantage.
  • You are communicative, enjoy international cooperation and have a very good command of English; other languages are an advantage.
  • You are willing to travel on business (approx. 30%).
