Then come in and join our ASEAN team as a Regional Clinical Product Manager for Molecular Imaging to be fully responsible in implementing a holistic Siemens Healthineers communication approach for the ASEAN Zone. The role reports directly to the Zone/Country Business Line Manager.
The regional clinical product manager ensures the success of the Business Line, Molecular Imaging in ASEAN, working with the Global Business line and local Healthineers team. Building on clinical expertise in MI and working closely with customers and internal stakeholders they ensure successful execution of growth strategies and support Business Line leadership to formulate and execute the regional strategy for the designated region, as well as strategic business initiatives.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
• You should demonstrate in-depth clinical and technical expertise in Molecular Imaging portfolio to counsel customers and sales organizations on the capabilities and options for Healthineers products.
• You will need to develop marketing plans to suit the strategy for the portfolio. Execute these plans diligently.
• You may be responsible for identifying and developing business opportunities and innovating our offerings.
• You will act as a resource for customer and the sales organization for knowledge on products related to the Molecular Imaging portfolio.
• You will help the sales organization reach out to and best serve potential and existing customers and offers both sales organization and customers advise on the capabilities of respective products.
• You will ensure sufficient collaterals and sales materials are available for the relevant portfolio.
• You will need to demonstrate product features and clinical benefits through presentations, hands-on demos, and lectures.
• You will need to develop strong customers relationships within the territory.
• You will need to identify and support luminaries, KOLs and spokespersons for the portfolio.
• You will need to identify and develop reference sites for products within the portfolio.
• You will support our collaboration partners with clinical expertise.
• You will be required to work with internal stakeholders: sales team in the geographical area, Clinical Application, Project Management and Customer Services team and external stakeholders: customers, existing installed base, end user community and technologist
community, medical physicists, other forums relevant for the portfolio.

Your qualifications and experiences:
• You hold a successfully completed Degree or relevant professional qualification.
• You possess strong knowledge in MI applications and in operating PET/CT and SPECT/CT.
• You have experience as an application specialist or product specialist in Molecular Imaging.
• You have deep knowledge in Molecular Imaging: Both clinical and technical knowledge empowering the person to influence the internal and external stakeholders.
Your personality and skills:
• You possess good communication and presentation skills: Should be capable of developing and presenting convincing arguments and influence the outcome of the decisions.
• You have good problem-solving skills- analyze problems and provides solution in a structured way. Use tools and problem-solving techniques to identify and fix problems analyzes a variety of proposed solutions' alternatives, risks, and rewards.
• You have a hands-on attitude: Be proactive in anticipating and avoiding issues. Oversees projects, teams, and activities related to the solution's implementation.
• You have strong business and digital acumen.
• You are comfortable working across different cultures and with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders.
