This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional,looking for the next step in their career. As a Technical Sales Support Professionalyou will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring accurate and timely implementation ofImaging and Service materials and pricing.
  • Establishing a partnership with Equipment andService Marketing Product Managers, Sales, Field Organizations, and global colleagues.
  • Supporting Service Sales, Quote to Booking andLife-Cycle Organization improvements.
  • Engaging with the business colleagues toproactively manage the implementation and rollout of equipment and services.
  • Utilizing Quality Framework by activelyparticipating in Root Cause Analysis to drive process changes.
  • Participating in roll-out, training andcommunication of process improvements and projects.
  • Writing detailed business requirement documents.
  • Ability to evaluate and support implementationof new tools.
  • Self-motivated, highly collaborative, creative,goal and growth oriented, and team centric.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Collaborating across departments to identify andimplement changes in process gaps.  

Required skills to have for the success of this role:

  • BA/BS in Business or related field is preferred.
  • Experience with digitalization, business processimprovement, or similar functions.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills, with ability toapply problem solving techniques, creativity, and critical thinking to drivecontinuous improvement.
  • Ability to evaluate and support implementationof new tools.
  • Adaptable to change and work well within a teamenvironment.
  • Proficient with MS Office tools (Excel required;power apps preferred).
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ownership and accountability.
