Job Description

What are my responsibilities?

We are looking for a competent leanEngineer to plan and execute SPS projects, establish a balanced scorecard and KPI measurement, control production improvement & cost saving via the PUMA tool. The detailed responsibilities include but not limited to:

我们在寻找一位经验丰富的精益工程师来计划及执行西门子精益生产项目，简历平衡记分卡和衡量指标，通过PUMA工具控制生产过程改善及成本节约。具体的职责包括但不限于：

·  Acting as project leader for SPS Projects
负责西门子精益生产项目计划和执行
·  Provide LEAN Training to staff
为员工提供精益生产培训
·  Initiate cost saving measures and tracking in PUMA Tool
制定成本节约方法并在PUMA中跟踪
·  Responsible for A3 program, 5S evaluation workshop and SFM
负责A3报告，5S评估及SFM
·  Value stream mapping
价值流分析
·  Design and implement standard work places
设计、执行标准工位
·  Abide by the company's EHS regulation
遵守公司EHS管理规定

What do I need to qualify for this job?

·  Bachelor degree or above
本科以上学历
·  5 years above experience in manufacturing environment, 2 years above experience of process/performance management
5年以上生产工作经验，2年以上流程、绩效管理经验
·  Experience in continuous improvement management
持续改进管理经验
