This position can be filled in Germany or the US.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• You independently translate business requirements into IT service requirements and ensure the proper implementation of your solution design, taking into account our IT service management and IT compliance framework
• You collaborate with key stakeholders to develop the Function IT target architecture and roadmap
• You think outside the box, consider end-to-end processes, and identify cross-functional dependencies
• When introducing new services, you are responsible for the tendering process (RfP) and contract negotiations
• You drive the digitalization and automation of function-specific processes and work closely with internal stakeholders and external service management teams to advance corresponding activities
• Additionally, you work closely with business and other internal IT stakeholders

Your qualifications and experience:

• You have successfully completed a university degree in (business) informatics, industrial engineering, or a related field
• You have long-term professional experience in a function or in IT services and processes
• Do you already have many years of in-depth professional experience and further qualifications in this field, but no university degree? Then we also look forward to receiving your application
• In addition to extensive expertise in IT project management, you have profound knowledge in IT service management and ideally also moderation techniques
• You have broad experience in the application of agile methods such as SCRUM and problem-solving techniques such as design thinking
• You also have experience and expertise from an international context
