Responsibilities:

As an intern, you will have the following responsibilities:

- Assist in organizing company-wide events, such as beer festivals, tech conferences, annual dinners, town hall meetings, and volunteer events.

- Develop marketing collaterals in line with brand guidelines.

- Create and distribute content for the internet, intranet, staff newsletter, and social media.

- Monitor media coverage for crisis management and post-event evaluation.

- Collaborate with charities for corporate social responsibility campaigns.

- Work closely with the department on ad-hoc projects and daily administration tasks.

Requirements:

We invite individuals who meet the following requirements or possess an equivalent combination of competence and experience to apply:

- Students from Business, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Language, Technology, or related fields in Hong Kong or overseas universities.

- Passionate, responsible, and a good team player.

- Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese.

- Familiarity with MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

- Knowledge of design software (e.g., Photoshop, AI) is an advantage.

- Contract period is one year. Flexible schedule during the study period (two full days per week).
