What are my responsibilities?
• Lead the development of the communication strategy that sustainably strengthens company’s brand and image, ensure the brand is successfully communicated and perceived in China market.
• Acts as the trusted partner for Lead Country China CEO and management team regarding all communication activities. Work closely with headquarter functions, liaises with ecosystem partners, and represents the organization regarding Communications towards the respective target groups outstanding communication skills.
• Lead the creation and implementation of coordinated communication plans and strategies crafted to raise awareness, drive sales, and increase market share; use data analytics to measure the efficiency of marketing efforts and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Independently build concepts and ensure timely delivery in collaboration with internal Centers of Expertise for Media Relations, Employee Communication and Digital Communication
• Set up and supervise the Communications programs, and ensures quality standards for Communications operations and processes, and consistency with respective local regulations.
• Supervise and analyze market trends and adjust marketing strategies align with the company's overall business goals; initiate country related communications projects and will to take ownership of lead management to drive business.
• Lead completion of Communication budget planning and related reporting. Decides and allocates financial and personnel resources.
What do I need to qualify for this job?
• Major in marketing, communications or a related field, bachelor’s degree or equivalent; and master’s degree is preferred.
• With minimum of 10 years in communications or related field, at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Excellent Communications’ knowledge and expertise in company branding and reputation.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques, including digital marketing, social media, and advertising and proven track record to develop and implement successful marketing campaigns.
• Strong critical thinking and excellent interpersonal communication skills to influence throughout the organization to deliver the encouraged results.
• Experience with data analytics tools and ability to use data to drive marketing strategies.
• Ability to develop cross-functional collaboration and work effectively with teams across the organization.
• Strong background with shown leadership skills in leading functions
• Proven Siemens business understanding is helpful.
• Proficient English in written and spoken.
