We are seeking anexperienced, dynamic and energetic finance professional to join the SiemensHealthineers Malaysia family. The successful individual will support theCustomer Service HoF in all aspects of the Finance function, as may berequired. Collectively, the Finance team act as a business partner to otherdepartment stakeholders in driving finance and commercial aspects of businessdevelopment opportunities and operational execution.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- You are responsible for creation of contract & spare part ad-hoc billing & monitoring of billing process to ensure that Invoices are raised in a timely & accurate manner upon job completion to manage unbilled costs.
- You will be monitoring of monthly cost developments to actively drive the achievement of profitability targets and provide feedback to CS Business Support to better shape our commercial offers in line with cost development.
- You will be responsible for liaising with customers and other internal stakeholders to resolve contract or payment-related disputes promptly to enable timely cash collection.
- You will review of commercial terms & conditions of contracts & ad-hoc offers being sent out from Customer Service to Customers
- You will be responsible for accurate and timely reporting of monthly/quarterly/annual financial results to HQ / local management/CS HOF/CS Head
- You will be responsible to maintain clean books and records by IFRS and Local Accounting Guidelines
- You will be responsible to liaise with Auditors during statutory audits.
- You will be responsible for reporting of Key Financial Data (both Forecast and Actual) in Global CS Tools monthly.
- You will support the full budgeting/forecasting process for orders, revenue, gross profit, and FTE.
- You will be responsible to input budget/forecast data into the Global Forecasting Tool
- You will perform variance analysis to find out the root causes for positive or negative deviations in KPIs to provide meaningful commentary to Local/Regional/Zone Management/CS HOF/CS Head in the Country
- You will be responsible to identify continuous improvement opportunities particularly with a view towards the digitalization of processes and reporting tools that aid the creation and maintenance of management information dashboards with up-to-date and meaningful information for both monitoring and decision making.
- You will be responsible for continuous development to adapt to financial accounting changes and develop the necessary skills needed in the age of digitalization.
- You will be responsible for continuous efforts to reduce costs and improve productivity.

Your qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance.
- A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in similar Finance Operational role with exposure to internal management and customers in negotiations settings.
- Knowledge of working in SAP environment (FI/CO/SD/PS Modules).
Your attributes and skills:
- Confident in change management and driving continuous improvement projects, particularly in digitalization and automation.
- Experience in the field of maintenance services within the Healthcare industry, particularly Medical Technology or Digital Health Solutions preferable but not essential.
