KeyResponsibilities:
- Teamwith leaders from Industry Strategy and Solution Development to introduce andalign the campaign prioritization and development to account for andincorporate the partner value into our outbound activities. Act as lead liaisonbetween marketing and sales and product development teams around channel andpartner strategies and marketing programs and execution. Where appropriatedrive alignment of partner marketing plans and activities across Siemens DISoftware and other Siemens business units.
- Leada team of strategic partner marketers to work with our strategic partners andSiemens’ partnership stakeholders to develop and coordinate joint marketingplans to support the joint business goals of the partnership. This team alsodrives the internal development and execution of marketing activitiesleveraging the Siemens DI Software go to market processes and resources. Theyare also responsible for maintaining a comprehensive plan or record of allmarketing activities tied to the partnership and reporting on the performanceas applicable.
- Leada team of channel partner marketers responsible for enabling Siemens resellerpartners to leverage and execute Siemens marketing campaigns and to help thoseorganizations develop and successfully plan and execute their own marketingactivities. This team is responsible for educating partners on currentcampaigns and priorities, onboarding new partners or new marketers with ourpartners in the tools and processes supporting their Siemens DI Softwarebusinesses, teaming with the Partner programs office on communications to keeppartners informed and current on Siemens marketing support, and providingtraining and skills development programing to assist partners in developing andmaintaining adequate marketing capabilities.
Skills andAbilities Required:
- Thisposition requires an individual who has both strong marketing and sales acumenwith strong collaboration and influencing skills. Additional required skillsinclude:
- Provencoaching abilities and a track record of developing and guiding high performingteams.
- Ahigh degree of data and analytical skills with the ability to bring learningsand findings into business conversations at various levels of the organization.
- Deepunderstanding of distribution/reseller channel models and practices within theB2B technology market.
- Provenexperience driving the marketing and comarketing strategies across a portfolioof strategic alliance partnerships within the B2B technology space.
- Highlyfamiliar and versed in operating strategic partner and reseller partnerprograms in the SaaS/cloud business environment.
- Strongproject management skills and adept modeling and managing large and complexbudgets.
- Abilityto work and deliver on team deadlines with high quality outputs.
- Highlymotivated, inquisitive, and persistent.
- Highlycollaborative and goal/results oriented.
- Fluentin English and highly effective at presenting across a wide range of functionaland organizational roles.
Educationand Experience Requirement:
- UndergraduateDegree
- Provenpartner marketing and channel management experience in the B2B softwareindustry. Domain experience within the design and manufacturing software marketis preferred.

SiemensSoftware. Transform the Everyday
The salaryrange for this position is $162,600 to $292,700 and this role is eligible toearn incentive compensation. The actual compensation offered is based on thesuccessful candidate’s work location as well as additional factors, includingjob-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
