Your future role.

Come and join the Legal and Compliance Team for Innomotics as Compliane Expert either based in Vienna or Nuremberg. In your role, you will report to the Global Head of Compliance and your tasks and responsibilities will contain the following:
  • You identify, analyze and mitigate risks and ensure adherence with applicable laws, regulations and industry standards in our daily operations for topics incl. but not limited to anti-corruption, anti-money laundering, anti-fraud and antitrust.
  • You manage the Innomotics Data Privacy System in close collaboration with the team of our external data privacy officer.
  • Additionally, you advise the business in data privacy related queries and ensure that we comply with GDPR relevant requirements.
  • You evaluate adherence to and efficacy of policies, guidelines and processes.
  • You actively drive projects such as the implementation and roll-out of new tools, policies and/or processes independently and in teams. 
  • Furthermore, you also manage the Compliance training and awareness initiatives globally. 
Your profile.
  • You own a Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, law or engineering. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • You have several years of experience in compliance, audit, operational review or related operative business function in a multinational company.
  • Additionally, you bring first experiences in the management of projects and in managing GDPR requirements.
  • You have proven the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Highest integrity and ethical values combined with strategical, critical and out-of-the-box thinking with a problem-solving mindset are your strengths.
  • You have excellent communication skills and ability to motivate, enable and advise the business to assume responsibility for compliant business conduct.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and German is a must. Any other language is a plus.
