Therole.
- Responsible for the Acquisition andExecution of IN Orders comprising of the following:
- Contract Review
- Fulfilling LOA requirements concerningBusiness Risk
- Offer Preparation / Finalization of Calculation sheets forProjects / Retrofit Offers
- Formulating commercial and legalcontractual terms and conditions with customers
- Collaborate in negotiations and alsoformulate and implement Innomotics best T&Cs in Contracts in theproject
- Commercial Execution of AssignedOrders and projects which includes cost control formulations with suppliers,invoicing and payment follow-up, bank guarantees, letter credit, etc. includingmonitoring and reporting of Non-Conformance Costs.
- House Keeping (SPIRIDON,documentation, etc.)
- Assist IN Commercial Head in Monthlyclosing activities.
- Provision of regular and timelymanagement reports whenever required.
- Coordinate the provision ofinformation to Internal/external auditors for the control check and / or annualaudit.
- Regular analysis of Balance sheetand taking necessary steps to ensure all open balances are correct andpresented fairly in accordance with accounting standards.
- Identify Productivity Measures and workwith other colleagues and with Management to meet the targets resulting in costsavings and process efficiency.
- Support Compliance program: ensurezero deficiencies w.r.t Compliance Control Framework and relevant process.Continuous focus on training, creating awareness to ensure zero deficiencies.
Your profile.
- 4-5 Years of Experience in Currentand relevant Commercials relating to IN Business.
- Practical experience in all relevantfunctions and Tasks related to Commercial and Contracting activities
- 3-5 Years experience in an Internationalenvironment following all business processes including SAP, etc.
- Ability to work in a completeMultinational environment with different ethnic and cultural backgrounds
- Siemens Experience in BA role formore than 3-4 years
- Positive working attitude andability to adapt to changes in a dynamic environment
